A Mother's Ramblings

Just so you all know, I managed to last a whole week without talking to one of my best friends (Top Ender) and I didn't collapse in a pile of tears. In fact midweek, Dan Jon Jr, Flyfour and I were chatting and we all discssed how much we missed Tops so it wasn't just me!!! Anyway, here's the weeks meals that we have planned!

Top Ender has gone off to camp this week with her Guides troop. On one hand I'm glad that she has gone off to camp, hopefully she'll break out of her shell a bit and have fun and enjoy a great break at the end of a successful school year, on the other hand I'm desperately sad because I'm missing her a tonne already and she hasn't even been gone more than three hours!  Luckily, I know exactly what is going on at the camp (thanks to a Camp guide that I'd downloaded for Top Ender and kept a copy of for myself!) from activities, to times of meals, shops that are available for the Children to purchase things from (Ice Cream, Souvenirs, etc) in fact I know everything right down to the food that they will be eating each morning and evening. So Dan Jon Jr, Flyfour and I thought that we could have a bit of fun and eat the same as Top Ender this week. We have to guess a few of the options because we're not quite sure what Top Ender will pick, but we figure

I think that I'm losing my mind. I'll wait whilst you stop laughing. Anyway, seriously I'm either over tired or it's true and I'm finally becoming who everyone thinks I am. Anyway, here is the meal plan for this week! Saturday - Take Away/Beaver Camp I'm at Beaver Camp with Dan Jon Jr tonight, so Top Ender and Flyfour are having a takeaway.

Dan Jon Jr is off School today (inset day) and so together we are planning this weeks meals. We've decided that we're both really hungry so we want lot of yummy food, but we're not sure what. We thought we should probably eat lunch before shopping and meal planning, but it just didn't work out that way!
