All Meals W/C 25th March 2019
So, I won't know until late Saturday evening if Flyfour is sworn off Dairy products or not. After our month of Salad, Flyfour found that Dairy products were leaving him uncomfortable and having been warned many moons ago that he may find his body starts warning him not to eat certain foods, we decided to do a test, where Flyfour has consumed no dairy for a week and then will consume some milk to see if he reacts (it is what was advised)... so we may soon become a household of two halves again as I'm sorry but I'm not giving up butter or cheese!
So, with that being pushed to the back of my mind, on with the week!
With Spring having sprung, I'm in the mind of opening all the doors and windows and letting the fresh air fill the house and of course thinking about when it will be possible for the children and I to start eating breakfast outside every morning again. I really must look into getting a patio heater so it's possible even on these colder mornings!
Breakfast is always served with a glass of fresh juice and if not stated as part of the meal, a piece of fruit that the children grab from the fruit bowl or fridge depending upon where I've decided best to keep it that week.
Monday - Bagels with Scrambled Eggs (and some Smoked Salmon for Tops and I)
Tuesday - Toast with Dutch Toppings (we enjoyed them last week!)
Wednesday - Bacon and Cheese Toasties
Thursday - Porridge with Fruit, Seeds and Nuts
Friday - Bacon, Sausages and Scrambled Egg
Everyone is on School lunches this week... well apart from me as I am at home as always! Unless of course my Mum and I decide to visit our favourite noodle bar three weeks in a row...
Monday - Jacket Potatoes with Smoked Mackerel and Spring Onion
Tuesday - Roast Chicken Drummers with Salad
Wednesday - Fish Fingers, Mash and Peas
Thursday - Soup and Toasties
Friday - Spaghetti Bolognese with hidden vegetables!
So there you go, that is what we are planning on eating this week. How about you, anything exciting coming up that you'd like to share, any meals, in particular, you'd like to know how I make them or if I would make them so you don't have to try it out on your family? Let me know!
