All Meals W/C 4th March 2019
I'm super excited at the moment about eating, I think it is because I haven't got to just think Salad and so I can think about Potatoes and Pasta and everything else I have "missed" during our month of Salad. It also means that Flyfour and Top Ender can stop suggesting a month where we eat nothing but sausages. Even if that does sound good.
Oh gosh, now I'm thinking about Sausages and Potatoes.
On with the week!
Those of you who read this each week thinking, what on earth is Pippa doing cooking breakfast most mornings for her children have probably noticed that Mondays has changed yet again. This is because Top Ender is now doing Online Seminary instead of a mix of online and one face to face class each week. The good thing about this for her, is the right amount of sleep (well about the right amount) the good thing for me is that I get to keep my Miracle Mornings the way I like them and the good thing for Dan Jon is no more breakfast in bed... wait that's a bad thing!
Monday - Mini Fritattas
Tuesday - Breakfast Muffins (Like Pizza Muffins!)
Wednesday - Bacon, Egg and Avocado
Thursday - Breakfast Muffins (again!)
Friday - Sausage Hash
Saturday and Sunday - Fend for yourself!
By the way, each Saturday and Sunday the options are Cereal Bars, Toast, Cereal, Leftovers (I'm not the only one who likes leftovers for breakfast am I?) or if you find a parent who looks like they feel guilty over something, pancakes or waffles. The children are also both able to grill bacon, scramble eggs (they haven't quite mastered frying yet) and throw some bits in the oven so what they have is really totally up to them, it's just not on the table ready for them at 7:45 as it is Monday through Friday.
Monday to Friday - School Lunch/Cereal/Eat at work
Saturday - Sandwiches (To be decided!)
Sunday - Pork Chops with Apple Sauce and Cheese
Monday - Fish Pie (with not so hidden spinach)
Tuesday - PANCAKES!
Wednesday - Cauliflower and Broccoli Cheese
Thursday - Sausage Pie (with hidden veg!)
Friday - Carb Free Salmon and Salad
Saturday - Burrito Bowl Salads
Sunday - Beans on Toast
So there you go, that is what we are planning on eating this week. How about you, anything exciting coming up that you'd like to share, any meals, in particular, you'd like to know how I make them or if I would make them so you don't have to trial it? Let me know!
