What We're Eating W/C 4th July 2020
I'm sure that time is playing tricks on us at the moment and running faster and faster each day, as here we are four days into July and it's almost been a year since I got a job and well, there is just a lot that seems to be happening everywhere I turn.
Anyway, here's what we are eating this week for our evening meals and hopefully Tops will be making some lovely more puddings for us or for me to take to work to share with my colleagues!
The family were being a pain, and despite not letting me know what meals they wanted and me saying that I'd have all the dishes I wanted they all argued when I told them what meals we were going to have. Including tonight's meal, which was going to be something like Kedgeree but they all argued there was too much fish on the menu!
One quick meal change later and everyone, apart from me, is happy!

Sunday - Pork Chops with Cheesy Apple Sauce
I think this might be one of our favourite meals, and we could always eat double the amount of the protein but we're sensible, and never make the extra!
Monday - Fend for yourself
Flyfour is away this evening and I have threatened the children with either making something from the store cupboard (pasta, beans etc!), having a sandwich or just going hungry!
Tuesday - Fishfingers and Peas
I'm getting revenge, Fish tonight! Mwhahahahahahahahah.
Wednesday - Home Made Nando's
Flyfour is cooking tonight and making homemade Nando's. The good news is it is delicious, the better news is I'm just going to sit and wait for it to be served!
Thursday - Fishcakes with Spinach and some kinda sauce
Fish for the second time in a week (I'm not bitter that it should have been three times!) and everyone will be happy because I'm bigger than them all together and say so!
Friday - Honey Mustard Chicken
I did want to do something a bit special this evening and decided that my favourite Meal Honey Mustard Chicken was the exact right meal. I'll serve it with mash and carrots and cabbage and we'll all be ready for the weekend!
